Rental Rules – Delivery Only • 1. No Smoking or Vaping – Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the camper. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if detected. • 2. No Pets (unless approved in writing before booking) – Unauthorized pets will result in loss of deposit plus cleaning fees. • 3. Return Condition – Camper must be left clean inside (dishes washed, floors swept, counters wiped) and trash removed. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if not returned in clean condition. • 4. No Roof Access – Do not climb or walk on the roof for any reason. • 5. Location Restrictions – Camper will only be delivered to approved, accessible locations. No unpaved, off-road, or unsafe sites. Renter is responsible for confirming site size, clearance, and hookups. • 6. Setup & Teardown – Only the owner will set up and take down the camper. Do not attempt to move, unhook, or operate stabilizers/awnings without approval. • 7. Power & Hookups – Renter must ensure the campsite has adequate electrical, water, and sewer hookups Damage from improper hookup use is the renter’s responsibility. • 8. Late Checkout – Late departures without prior approval will result in a $50/hour late fee. • 9. Damage or Issues – Any accident, damage, or malfunction must be reported immediately. • 10. No outside toiletries or feminine products flushed
