Our Rockwood Mini Lite 2504S has all the amenities with not all the length! The Rockwood features one queen murphy style bed, one set of 72" long bunk beds, and one dinette conversion bed. The driver's side slide features the U-shaped dinette that can sit up to 6 people. This travel trailer has all of the hook-ups that a good glamper should, including water, sewer, and 30amp electric. It features an electric OR LP water heater for the indoor or outdoor shower. If dry camping is more in your neck of the woods, we have a 2700 series AGM battery, two 30 pound LP tanks, and a 43 gallon water tank ready for work. We also have a 200w solar panel setup for an additional fee. It has a built in, indoor and outdoor capable, radio, DVD, and TV. This listing includes a LP grill that hooks to the outside of the camper and utilizes the main LP tanks. The Rockwood also features almost too much interior and exterior storage. Did I mention that this Rockwood is Four Season rated as well, with its tank heaters and sealed undercarriage. If you want all the fun and none of the hassle, we can provide bed linens, kitchen-wares, brake controller, and anti-sway hitch at an additional cost per day.The travel trailer is located less than an hour away from Rocky Mountain National Park! We can also help give you some insight on great places camp because of our working knowledge of the recreation industry and National Forest Lands. We may even give up our favorites spots. We couldn’t be happier with the host’s RV and his communication. The RV had all the amenities we needed and more. The host’s delivery was seamless and he met us to give us an overview of how to operate all the functions of the RV. 5 stars is not enough for this review. You will be more than satisfied.

Nice camper, very roomy. Could use a little cushion on couch on bed but overall great rental. We spend most out time outdoors when camping anyway. Jared is great to rent from, highly recommended.

Jared was prompt in his delivery and pickup services and the unit was perfect! Very spacious with the Murphy bed/sofa conversion (I would recommend some pictures of the Murphy so guests could see how spacious it is). Unit was clean and all the systems worked properly. Will definitely recommend him for future rental needs!
