Our Rockwood Mini Lite 2504S has all the amenities with not all the length! The Rockwood features one queen murphy style bed, one set of 72" long bunk beds, and one dinette conversion bed. The driver's side slide features the U-shaped dinette that can sit up to 6 people. This travel trailer has all of the hook-ups that a good glamper should, including water, sewer, and 30amp electric. It features an electric OR LP water heater for the indoor or outdoor shower. If dry camping is more in your neck of the woods, we have a 2700 series AGM battery, two 30 pound LP tanks, and a 43 gallon water tank ready for work. We also have a 200w solar panel setup for an additional fee. It has a built in, indoor and outdoor capable, radio, DVD, and TV. This listing includes a LP grill that hooks to the outside of the camper and utilizes the main LP tanks. The Rockwood also features almost too much interior and exterior storage. Did I mention that this Rockwood is Four Season rated as well, with its tank heaters and sealed undercarriage. If you want all the fun and none of the hassle, we can provide bed linens, kitchen-wares, brake controller, and anti-sway hitch at an additional cost per day.The travel trailer is located less than an hour away from Rocky Mountain National Park! We can also help give you some insight on great places camp because of our working knowledge of the recreation industry and National Forest Lands. We may even give up our favorites spots. We are an outdoor-sentric family that were all born and raised in Northern Colorado. We have two rescue pitties that we spoil. We have been renting travel trailers for years but finally decided to buy and offer renters all the best things we have experienced during our time renting. We have over 12 years of experience in managing recreation opportunities and know the in's and out's of Northern Colorado camping! We would love to share our knowledge and expertise with you all! Jared was prompt in his delivery and pickup services and the unit was perfect! Very spacious with the Murphy bed/sofa conversion (I would recommend some pictures of the Murphy so guests could see how spacious it is). Unit was clean and all the systems worked properly. Will definitely recommend him for future rental needs!

This is a great little camper! Jared was accommodating and made sure we didn’t leave any items behind. Heads up you have to pay extra money/day for both kitchen items and linens so be prepared ahead of time as a lot of campers include that so it’s a detail to remember! A/C & fridge really worked wonderfully after it had time to catch up with the extreme heat. Thanks so much for the stay!!
