New carpet inside. Propane, water pump and solar. (solar only runs water-pump & lights, not a hair dryer or microwave) Also has sway bar and we have the special hitch for it that you'll need as well. We have 100 acres you can park it on and stay on near a river and you are welcome to use our hot tub when you stay on our land!!!
