Guests praised Michael May for excellent responsiveness to questions and easy pickup/drop-off. However, some reported amenities (grill, blender) listed as available were missing, and a water fill-up mix-up occurred.
Clean, spacious, but uncomfortable bunks
This RV is consistently praised for being very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. While it offers plenty of room, the bunk bed mattresses were reported as uncomfortable for kids.

4.0Easy pickup and drop off clean and plenty of room. I would just adjust the description a bit as some of the items were not available (grill, blender, ice maker). I am a planner and did plan things around having these to use :)

4.0The rv was was very clean and well taken care of. Some mix up with water fill up and the bunk bed mattresses are not comfortable, little ones were complaining.

5.0Michael and May were wonderful to rent from. Excellent on response to our questions and it was super clean camper. We will definitely rent from them again if opportunity arises.
