Good morning! The reason for my 4 1/2 stars is this: The rental representatives Ms. Angela and Ms. Kim was outstanding! They answered all of my questions prior to departure and during the walk-thru of the RV. Very knowledgeable! While we were on vacation, I had a question about the RV and Ms. Angela responded in a timely manner. Upon returning the RV, they showed genuine concern as to how was the RV and if we enjoyed it on our trip.

Everything was fantastic and we had such a great family trip and experience! Service was great, they answered all our questions (as first time rv'ers we were a little nervous), RV was amazing and overall highly recommend!
