5.0Becca was a wonderful host for the duration of the rental and super responsive to any questions we may have had. The rental process was super streamlined and a breeze. If I ever have the chance to rent an RV again, I would gladly rent this RV again.

3.0Becca was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. I was looking for a RV that was safe for my kids, and this had what I was looking for. The camper looks just like the pictures and there is a lot of space and plenty of beds. The issues came when we left on our trip and the air did not work in the cab, as it only came out by the windshield. This was not ideal since it was so hot outside. We were able to use the generator to help cool down, but it would also randomly turn off when going down the road. We did get a mechanic to come look at it but it was not fixed. The mirrors also shook so badly it was hard to see when cars were around you. We also ended up using the showers at campsites due to the lack of hot water in the RV. Becca was helpful the whole time we were away and said she would get the RV checked out when we arrived back. Hopefully the issues are fixed before the next rental of this RV.
