Pick up is after 2 pm and Drop off is at 11 am. If you cannot make the Drop off time, please let us know ahead of time. A late Drop off Fee will be charged ($100) upon failure to do so. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are usually pretty flexible for pick up times, as long as we had enough time to clean the RV for you.
Q.How do you operate the RV?

We do a detailed walk through and test drive when you pick up the RV. Also, I will send you a few YouTube links to familiarize yourself with the RV beforehand.
Q.Can I use my own insurance to cover the RV?
R.
Sorry, but this is not possible. The insurance coverage needs to be purchased through the outdoorsy website, as this is the only way to be covered for your trip. You will have three different options to select insurance coverage. As far as I know, they all have the same coverage but differ in the amount of the deductible.
Q.Where is the mountain property that can be used as a campsite located?
R.
Our mountain property is 30 minutes from Boulder, CO and 40 minutes from Estes Park, CO.
It has full hook-up for electric and water. Daily rate is $60.
Great mountain views and trails from the property.
