5Nik, who helped us from the start of our first RV road trip to the end was absolutely fantastic! He was sure to have the RV in top shape before we drove off. Anytime we had questions during our trip he replied within minutes happy to help us. Returning of the RV was a breeze and if we ever try this again we will definitely be going with this same company. The RV was fully supplied with just about everything we needed and in great condition. It was a pleasure doing business with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

3Unfortunately the rental agent had to bring his small child along for the RV pick-up so he wasn't able to spend more than 25 minutes showing us around the camper. But since we own a camper we were familiar enough with the LTV to figure things out. Several items were broken on the LTV. We went over these with the agent. Among them were: skylight could not be opened because of broken piece, shower handle would not stay on because of missing screw, the pantry door kept sliding open while driving even though it was locked, the stabilizer bars made a horrible racket when being lowered or raised because of lack of grease, the screen door could not be latched shut nor attached to the door, and the TV controller's batteries were dead. You mentioned that the unit had "custom sheets," whatever that means, they were 100% polyester cheap sheets. It was obvious that the unit was not inspected before the rental and the agent had no time to go over everything with us. The LTV MB is an excellent RV but it has to be maintained.
