Résumé de l'évaluation
Provided thorough, responsive support
Gabriel provided detailed explanations of the trailer, responded quickly to questions pre and post-trip, offered flexible pick-up, and ensured preparedness with paperwork, including mid-trip check-ins.
Clean, comfortable, well-equipped camper
The travel trailer was consistently clean, in great working order, and easy to use. It featured a comfortable queen bed, an outdoor kitchen, and solar batteries for dry camping. It also came stocked with extra amenities like camp chairs and cooking gear.

5.0Gabriel made everything super easy! He explained the ins and outs of the travel trailer. He was thorough in documenting preexisting damage/ cosmetic issues (all minor, camper was in good working order) and was reasonable in his expectations for return condition. We’re going to try to rent from him as much as possible.

5.0Gabriel was quick to respond, was flexible with pick up - especially it being the same day as our reservation, gave us a super thorough rundown on how things worked and where to find everything, provided all paperwork that might be needed in an emergency and was overall very prepared and happy to assist! The camper was taken care of, clean, everything worked and was ready for us when he said it would be! He checked on us mid-trip to ensure everything was ok. We would absolutely rent from Gabriel again in the future! He made everything about a stressful situation, so much easier!
