Brand new 2021 Forest River Salem Grand Villa! Glamping at its best! Nestled in Silver Birches Resort on Manitoulin Island. Quiet grounds. Large treed lot. Spacious grass area for family activities. Water views with access to your own beach front! Fire pit. Comfortable outdoor furniture to gather and relax. A perfect space for la large family to connect in nature! Ce qui est inclusOur trailer is a park model. It sits seasonally on our lot and is not meant for hauling. It has most of the amenities from home, except wifi. Families can come and relax and be in a comfortable, safe space to recharge.The trailer comes with all cookware, appliances and BBQ. We supply mattress covers only. You must bring your own bedding including pillows. You are welcome to any condiments and supplies in the pantry. You can drink from the tap but we recommend you bring water to drink and cook with.We have outdoor lounge and dinning furniture. You may want to bring extra chairs for the beach.We are not directly on the water, however, we do have lake view with our own beach access (roughly 100ft from the trailer). No hauling the kids and gear to the beach! The water is clear, shallow and warm with river rock bottom so it is safe for young kids. Please bring rock shoes.Please bring your own water equipment and toys.We do not have docking access. We do not recommend bringing a boat or seadoo. Canoes, kayaks are fine. RecommandationsThere are many fun activities you can do on the island. Hiking, horseback riding, golfing, trails, pow wows, festivals, sandy beaches! Check out Manitoulin Tourism for a full list.
