This listing is for a very clean, non-smoke, no pets, travel trailer that we use for our family vacation 3 to 5 times a year. The trailer shows very little to no sign of use and sometimes still smells new (no smell-masking chemicals). The wall-to-wall length of the trailer is approximately 26'-2", and the total length (rear bumper to hitch) is 31 feet. The dry (empty) weight of the trailer is 6000 lb and the tongue weight is 820 lb. The trailer may be pulled with a properly equipped half-ton truck or a full size SUV. We pull this trailer with a 2010 Nissan Armada, toe package. The trailer sleeps maximum of 10 people and includes 1 slide-out, bunk-beds, sofa, dining table, private bedroom with queen size bed and sliding wood doors, toilet, vanity, shower, kitchen, propane/electric refrigerator/freezer, microwave, propane water heater, central Hvac (heating and cooling), large fresh/gray/black tanks, energy-efficient led lights inside, new battery, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, large awning (for sun-shade purposes only), lots of storage inside and outside.Note: the awning/canopy is intended only to provide shade protection from the sun and may not be used during rain or wind, at night or when the occupants are away from the camper. A cost to repair an awning/canopy damaged by wind or rain is the tenant's responsibility and will be deducted from the tenant's deposit.

We are a young family of 5 (3 boys, ages 9, 6 and 3 in 2019) and have been camping three to five times a year for the last three years. Our favorite campground is the Cape Henlopen State Park in Delaware. Unfortunately for us, this campground is very popular and requires reservations months in advance. When we cannot find a spot here, we stay in near-by private campgrounds and visit Cape Henlopen on our bicycles. We also enjoy Kiptopeke campground in Virginia. This campground is located on the bay side where the water is shallow, warm and calm which is perfect for small children. As of 2019, we only attempted two long-distance trips: Florida in the fall of 2017 and Colorado/Utah in the summer of 2019. For now, we decided to stay locally as long-distance trips with small children can be demanding. We may change our minds next year after a long winter..
