This RV is clean and ready to go and you will not be disappointed! It includes a 100 free miles per night. This Motor home was put in service Brand new in June of 2016. It sleeps 8 with 2 bunks that are great for kids and each bunk has it's own TV. It has 2 large slide outs that give it an incredible amount of added space in the living room and master bedroom. The dining area is spacious with a large dining table (seats 4 comfortably) and couch. The driver and the passenger have plenty of space. Comes with an A/C and heater, AM/FM radio & CD player, and a USB cable to charge your phone or a hook-up. This RV has a separate full sized shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen features a refrigerator, a freezer. a stove, oven, microwave, and sink. There is a TV and DVD player for some down time.Sleeping accommodations for up to 8 (only 8 passengers allowed while driving due to 8 seat belts), which includes a queen bed, a queen bunk (above drivers seat), bunk beds (with separate tv's), and both the kitchen table seating and couch transform into two separate beds. There is a large automatic awning (12'), and a rear view camera. The generator can be started from inside of the RV.Generator (4000 watt)

No Smoking, No pets. Mileage is FREE for the first 100 miles per night and $.39 per mile thereafter for up to 200 more miles per night. High mileage rentals exceeding an average of 300 miles per night will be charged $1.29 per mile on any miles over 300 miles per night. Minimum rental period is 4 nights in the summer and 6 nights in the off season (7 nights for reservations that include a major State holidays, Federal holidays, and special events). 3 night reservations will be considered within 14 days of pickup. For low season unit will be winterized and may be used for dry (no water in the system) usage only unless expressly authorized in writing. Renter is responsible for any and all freeze damage and re-winterization fees during low season.
