Only use RV-safe toilet paper (provided or labeled “RV safe”) Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or foreign objects Do not leave water pump running when not in use Turn off water when leaving for extended time Please keep interior reasonably clean during your trip Wipe up spills as they happen to avoid damage Remove all trash before return No smoking inside the RV (this includes vape and cannabis) No shoes on beds or furnitu Pets must be approved prior to booking No pets on beds or furniture without protective covers Clean up after pets inside and outside the RV Generator Use (if applicable) Do not overload electrical outlets Use generator only in well-ventilated outdoor areas Turn off appliances before shutting down power or generator ⛽ Fuel, Tanks & Return Condition Return RV with black/gray tanks empty unless pre-arranged Additional fees may apply for dumping, cleaning, or damage beyond normal use 🚨 Emergency & Damage If anything breaks or stops working, notify us immediately Do not attempt major repairs yourself In case of emergency, prioritize safety and contact us right away • Awning Safety: The awning should never be left unattended. If you leave the campsite, go to bed, or if winds are expected to exceed 15–20 mph (or gusty conditions develop), retract the awning immediately. Damage caused by wind is the renter's responsibility.
