This Class C RV sleeps 8 comfortably - 2 queen sized beds and 2 single bunks, plus a pull-out couch and dinette area that could transition to a sleeping area ideal for kids (6 adults + 2 kids all together). Easy to drive rig with back-up and side mirror cameras. The camper comes with everything you need to hit the road and Glamp or Camp! It is packed with lots of amenities: linens, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, hoses, rugs, camping chairs, TVs, many USB ports, etc.--everything is there for you to hit the road. We show you how to operate all the bells and whistles of the RV.No Smoking in or around the RV - we have a ZERO TOLERANCE SMOKING POLICY. Smoke easily radiates into the RV material. If you smoke near or in the RV, you forfeit your entire deposit ($2,000 fee). Smoke at least 25' from the RV.No pets.Check in/Bring RV back:
The renter and owner will review the condition of the RV and compare it to the check out document. The document will also be used to make decisions about the return of the security damage deposit, any fees (dump tanks fee: $150, cleaning fee: $150, smoking fee: $2,000), and costs of any other damage assessed.The RV should be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up--Fees will be assessed if the RV is not returned in the same condition. Return Requirements: empty black/gray water tanks, fill gas tank, clean inside and out.Re-Cap of Penalty Fees:
