Katie maintained perfect communication, notifying guests of expectations and checking in proactively after a storm. She and her family set up the trailer well and were quick to respond to questions.

Jessie, the Airstream, was consistently clean and described as beautiful. It provided a comfortable mattress, plenty of space, and decorations that created a homey vibe, having everything needed for enjoyable trips.

Katie's prepared tip sheet was concise and had all of the most relevant information for our stay, I can't think of a question we had about using the Airstream that wasn't answered by the tip sheet.

5.0Trailer was great. On time and clean. Katie was very helpful and checked in on us after a bad storm to make sure everyone was OK. Communication was perfect, let us know when to expect them. No complaints!

Jessie, the airstream, was quite enjoyable including the comfortable mattress, plenty of space, and decorations that provided a comfortable, homey vibe. Katie and her family set everything up well, were friendly, and quick to respond when I had a quick question. I look forward to renting Jessie again in the future!
