4.0Amber was great a communicator from start to finish. As rookie RVers we had a question when we arrived on site about accessing the water and she was quick to respond which was a relief. This would have been a 5-star rating if it weren’t for the door - it would stick a bit, requiring us to be unnaturally forceful with it. As a result, it was loud opening and closing the door. But, everything matched the photos and description. Would rent with them again if we are back in the area!
