Great trip with expert advice for novice travelers. Would and will rent again!

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had renting a camper. Ed was professional, very friendly and set up the camper for us so we could just relax. It was amazing to be able to have Ed deliver the camper too. We travel from CT to Maine and we really don't like doing it towing a camper, so this was so much better and faster to have it delivered. The camper was a perfect size for my husband and myself. We had all the room needed. The camper was immaculate and they even had the linens for the bed and bath towels to use even though we brought our own. There was a new Keurig coffee machine with K-cups for our use. We couldn't be happier with the camper and especially Ed for taking care of us and letting us enjoy our camping weekend!!!

I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience renting from The Grays. I opted for RV delivery and set up, as I am a novice camper. I was a little late getting to the campground and Jim was very kind and patient as I sat in traffic and commuted my ETA. The RV had all the creature comforts I needed. I was dependent on the stove and microwave as I unknowingly booked in a campground without on-site or community grills! The bed was comfy for me and the dinette/bed convert was perfect for two boys. The DVD came in handy on the rainy day. The bathroom had lots of counter space for towels and toiletries. The trailer was the perfect size and very clean. Jim came to pick up the trailer and when he learned we were staying a bit longer in a tent, he offered use of the outdoor rug and extension cord for a few days longer, agreeing that I could drop them off to him on my way back home. Jim is a cool guy!! I will definitely be renting from the Grays again!

We were looking for a camp trailer that would give us a couple more beds when friends came into town at the lake. Kim & Jim were a pleasure to work with. The Keystone 22 was the perfect size for my wife, myself and our toddler. Jim was great about giving me all the information I needed to make sure I was going to have a safe tow. The trailer was in showroom condition when I picked it up and everyone who saw the inside thought it looked much larger inside than what it appeared like on the outside. We all slept so well and had a blast. I would highly recommend renting from Kim and Jim. Great trailer and great people!

Had a wonderful stay in Kim & Jim’s RV. The Hideout was a spotlessly clean. Perfect size for the two of us and our small dog. Bed was super comfortable and the Air conditioning was great as we hit a particularly hot spell of weather. Jim delivered the camper to us and after a quick and efficient set up, gave us a tour of what we needed to know. As camper newbies, this was so helpful. The trip was a great way to get more familiar with the camping world and Kim & Jim, and their camper, were perfect ‘hosts.’ I would definitely rent from them again!

Jim and Kim are wonderful to work with. It was delivered and set up on the site and Jim gave a thorough explanation of everything. It was clean and well stocked. Good for 1 or 2 people. Bed was comfortable but a little high for me to get in easily.
