All basic necessities to get away in the great outdoors are included. Linens are available upon request but are not an additional fee. Please reach out with any questions regarding delivery.

DUMP $75 CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED IF THERE ARE ITEMS FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET OTHER THAN TOILET PAPERS OR CLOGGED SINKS DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.
KEY REPLACEMENT $50 CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED IF ALL KEYS ARE NOT RETURNED.
SHORE-POWER ELECTRICAL CORD REPLACEMENT $150 TO REPLACE DAMAGED ELECTRICAL SHORE POWER CORD $75 TO REPLACE 50AMP ADAPTER.
SEWER HOSE REPLACEMENT $100 TO REPLACE LOST OR MISPLACED SEWER HOSE AND/OR ADAPTERS.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. SMOKING IN THIS UNIT WILL BE CAUSE FOR FORFEITURE OF ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS AND MAY WARRANT ADDITIONAL FEES.
DAMAGE TO FURNITURE, EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE OF $125 PENDING DAMAGE ASSESSMENT.
DAMAGES TO ANY AND ALL OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
