5.0We had such a great experience renting this RV from Angie! She was incredibly thorough from the beginning, taking the time to walk us through everything and answer all our questions. She even provided on-site support when we needed it, which made us feel really well taken care of. Angie was also so thoughtful with how she stocked the RV. There were tons of useful items already included and stored away, so we barely had to bring anything with us. It made packing and the whole trip so much easier. The RV itself was fantastic. It had all the bells and whistles you could want for a luxury camping experience. It was very clean, well maintained, and surprisingly spacious for six people. Everyone had plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. We also loved how easy it was to drive. It handles more like a truck, making it much easier to maneuver than towing a traditional camper. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Angie was wonderful to work with, and we would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommend!

4.0I would not rent from outdoorsy they claim worry free insurance till you actually look at what’s covered and nothing is covered and yet they claim worry free insurance. The awning arm bent somehow when bringing it in and I had purchased all possible insurance and was stuck with paying almost 1000$ bill even though I bought all insurance possible. The rv itself was nice would I rent again from this platform no because of the deceptive sales tactics where they hide what they don’t cover in the fine print. I will go back to only using the other platform I have used in the past
