5.0Michael was very responsive! I am a first time TV renter and I had many questions along the way. He was helpful and everything went smoothly. Michael did all the setup and hookups. He went over all the mechanicals with my husband. His wife showed me everything inside and we had a great weekend. The RV was as described and pictured.
