The RV AC can cool the cabin 20' below the outside temperature. This means if it is 100' outside, the RV AC is considered working well if interior temp is 80'. This is basic RV AC performance. (Just noting this because of the high CTX temps.)RV Rental Includes: 3 hours generator use included with each paid rental night. $3 charge per hour for each hour of additional generator use. A lot of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Basic cooking pots and pans, Full Propane Tank (no need to refill), full Gas Tank (please refill on return), and Awning Use! We also include the RV cleaning supplies.RV Rental Does NOT Include: Linens (towels, blankets, sheets), Roof Access.Optional Charges:
Cleaning Fee and Septic Dump fees only apply if the RV is not cleaned and the septic tanks are not emptied. $200 pet fee.All inquires are pending until payment is received.
