Our beautifully RV features two slide-outs, one of which is 20 feet long, private bedroom with king size bed with Tempurpedic mattress, full bathroom, full size drop down bunk from over the cabin, dinette that converts into a bed, residential refrigerator with ice maker, 4TVs inside and 1 TV outside all with DVD/CD capabilities, generator, 2 A/C units & plenty of storage inside and out! This RV is approximately 36 feet in length and features a Ford V10 engine, Ford chassis, power privacy shades, power mirrors with heat, 5.5 KW Onan generator with AGS, power patio awning, slide-out room toppers, electric & gas water heater, power steps, pass-thru storage with side swing baggage doors, aluminum wheels, middle LED running lights, black tank rinsing system, water filtration system, exterior shower, 8K lb. hitch, automatic hydraulic leveling system, 3 camera monitoring system, exterior entertainment center, inverter, soft touch ceilings, booth converts to sleeper, black-out shades, microwave, 3 burner range with oven, solid surface counter, sink covers, residential fridge, glass door shower, cab over loft, 3 flat panel TV's, 2 ducted A/Cs with electric heat and much more.*Rules*
ALL Pickup & Returns ARE Noon EST ON 1ST AND Last DAY OF Rental Period. ALL Rentals Come w/ 150 Miles & 5 HRS OF Generator USE PER Night (additional charges= $0.50 per mile and $5 per hour)
1. No off road travels or out of country locations. No walking on the roof.
2. Pets Allowed ON A PRE Approval Basis. All parties traveling with a pet that is not approved in advance will be subject to the additional cleaning fee of $ [150] plus potential forfeiture of the security deposit, at the owners' discretion. 3. Smoking Policy: Absolutely NO Smoking inside the coach. If there is evidence of smoking, renters will be subject to the additional cleaning fee of $ [150] plus potential forfeiture of the security deposit, at the owner's discretion.
4. Only use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have.
5. Ensure all doors are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion)
6. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refueling fee, plus the cost of gas.
Policy: All rentals will have a 100 cleaning fee. Renters are responsible for returning the RV as clean as they received it. Failure to do so will result in a minimum charge of 200 cleaning fee, or a reasonable fee not to exceed $300 to clean the RV, if returned substantially less clean than when rented (this includes interior and exterior). As a courtesy, please place sheets and dry towels that have been used in a pile on the master bedroom floor to be properly washed upon return. Please ensure slides and windows are closed when washing the exterior of the RV.
8. Dumping Policy: Renters are responsible for emptying both gray and black(septic) tanks before returning RV to owners. Failure to do so will result in a $60 dumping fee.
9. RV Contents. Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items I requested in this rental agreement. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some of your security deposit, at the owner’s discretion.
10. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in the bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain.
11. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. An inventory will be performed during pick up and drop off and the signed inventory will be attached to the rental agreement.
