Andrea consistently answered questions, provided planning guidance, and was flexible with pick-up/drop-off times. She made the rental process seamless and clearly explained the van's features.
Drives Easily, Parks Well
The custom-built 'Salt' is easy to drive, fitting through tunnels and parking in normal spots. It features ample, organized storage, high-quality essentials (cooktop, coffee maker, heated blanket), a comfortable bed, and 2-3 day battery life.

5.0Amazing experience. The van is beautiful, simple, practical, well designed, and had all essentials to make our trip to several national parks a comfortable one we won’t forget. We hope to book her again some time in the future. We miss Salt already! Andrea was a very nice host. She was receptive, helpful, and answered all of our questions.

5.0Salt or Salty Sue (as we called the van) was awesome!! I couldn’t imagine doing the mighty 5 without it. The best part is it fit through the tunnel at Zion and could park in a normal parking spot. Plenty of storage, climate control was good, bonus with the tv and coffee maker! Andrea was super responsive! I’m a person that reads reviews and bases my decisions on that, this is why I choose to write something! I promise it’s well worth it! So stinkin fun!!

5.0Host was very prompt and friendly. Van was very clean and mechanically sound. Key to the van is a little funky in cold weather so keep in mind you can take the actual key out of the fob to open the doors if needed. The custom kit for the van was nice. We were not huge fans of the propane fire kit. Loved the chairs and appreciated the opportunity to rent the extras. The heated blanket was a bonus. We would love to rent from these folks again in the future!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Our 11:00am pick-up and 12:00pm drop-off times are pretty flexible! Just let us know your schedule for your days of arrival and departure, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do I need to keep the electricity plugged in at a campground?
R.
Usually, no! This van is equipped to go off-grid, with a large battery bank of 560Amp Hours. With average energy use, the battery lasts several days before needing a recharge. Also, the batteries recharge as you drive, or while the engine is idling.
