5.0Nomad RV was great to work with from the beginning! Our first rental was canceled shortly before our trip due to the owner’s selling that RV. It was a struggle to find another RV that met our needs and in our price range. Nomad was helpful and saved our trip. They were prompt and responsive to any question I had. Upon picking up the RV, they were great with the orientation to operating the RV. They know their business and are extremely professional and kind in helping new RV drivers. I highly recommend Nomad!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Our pick up and drop off hours are between 9am-2pm PST. With options for late/early pick up and drop off times between 7am-9am and 2pm-4pm for an additional fee( see our add ons list). Late/Early pick up and drop off time must have prior approval.

Do you allow winter travel and are the RV's winterized ?
R.
Please note that during the winter months, we do not winterize the RVs meaning there will be water in the water tanks and plumbing, therefore if you choose to travel to an area where there may be freezing temperatures, you will be responsible for any damage caused. There will be a separate addendum included with the rental agreement that will need to be signed acknowledging that the RV is not winterized and they are not permitted to go to freezing temperatures without proper winterization.
