There are 8 seatbelts attached to the chassis to the motorhome.It has very spacious floor flan even when the slide-out is closed. It helps you feel open and offers you plenty of space to move around painlessly.The Cab-Over Bunk has beautiful large automated window that allows you sleep to under the stars. Two adults can comfortably enjoy Cab-Over Bunk.Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen plates, utensils, pots & pans. Includes bedding, towels, and wash clothes for 8 people. We also provide 5 camp chairs and a large cooler on demand without additional charge.The dinette is multi-purpose as it allows a great space for families to share meals and can be transformed to a comfortable bed for 2 at night. Similarly, the sofa converts easily to comfortable queen bed.Our RV offers 2 thermostats to maintain separate temperatures in the bedroom vs. living space. This comes in very handy as the bedroom is a smaller space and needs a different temperature setting than the rest of the RV to sleep comfortably.It also has dual battery that allows you to have electricity all night (without running the generator). Mo stepped in when another host had to cancel a few days before our trip (Outdoorsy were brilliant at helping us find an alternative). We were happy with the RV; it provided almost everything that we needed and was easier to drive than I thought it would be (first time RV driver). Mo was very good at answering any questions we had, before and during the trip. He was delayed by about an hour for both pick up and drop off (the meeting place is a car park rather than a private residence), which caused minor inconvenience.

Mo was an awesome host. He prepped us in advance that things can break in RVs, which we knew was common, but he said would be there to help if needed. Sure enough, part way into our trip, our heater stopped working so he drove all the way out to meet us, fixed the heater, and brought us electric space heaters in case it happened again. He also took the time to show us how everything worked when we picked it up, gave us a lot of tips to help us plan our route, and was very accommodating on pickup/drop off timing. Things are never perfect on RVs, so it is nice to have a host you can count on.

Mo and his RV were absolutely wonderful. It was our first RV experience and Mo was always available for any questions. He gave us a super detailed explanation upfront, and the RV is super comfortable. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks, Mo!

* No climbing on roof. We do not allow the use of the RV rooftop. * No smoking. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500. * No pets unless agreed upon. If pets are detected, you will be charged $400. * No refunds for early returns. * A fee of $50 per hour will be charged if the RV is returned later than the agreed upon time. * No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc. * You are responsible to disclose any tolls, red light tickets or parking tickets to owners at the time you return the RV. * Unlimited miles included per day/night if the RV is driven in NV, AZ, UT, & CA. * Guests are responsible for any interior or awning damage. Insurance usually does not cover these damages. * The RV you are renting runs on unleaded gas fuel. Please put the right fuel. * If tank levels do not read EMPTY on the control panel, you will be charged a $150 dump fee. * A Deep Cleaning Fee of $150 will be assessed if RV is returned unclean AND requires more than a surface cleaning or any reconditioning. * The use of the on board generator is included in your RV rental, up to 5 hours per day/night. Any overages will be billed at listed price. * You will be charged and agree to pay the Deep Cleaning Fee of $300 if we detect unpleasant food smell or pet hair. * Any damages/issues/problems/repairs need to be reported to us immediately. * Towing is not allowed. * If for any reason you abandon the RV, you will be charged a $3,000 fee for Abandonment and Retrieval. * In the event a lockout occurs you agree to pay .75 cents per mile, round trip, for owner to drive and unlock RV and a fee of $25 PER missing key. * There is a first aid kit provided. Please use what you need, should it become necessary – once it is opened, you own it & will be charged $10 (replacement value). * The RV has been equipped with a GPS tracking device for safety and must not be removed/unplugged for any reason.
