Résumé de l'évaluation

Communicative, but resolution struggles

Guests frequently praise prompt, friendly communication and accommodating last-minute bookings. However, one renter experienced unresponsiveness, false statements, and bad faith when attempting to resolve a critical safety issue.

Cozy trailer, tire safety concerns

Many found it cozy, clean, perfect for trips, and easy to use, especially for families. Yet, one reviewer reported critically old (8+ years), cracked tires and a missing spare, rendering it unsafe for travel.

We love anything outdoor related, and our pups do as well. Love hiking and a good camp fire all over California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona
