Rules of the Road • Approved Drivers: Only verified and approved drivers listed on the reservation may operate the RV. • Road Use: No off-roading or travel on unpaved roads. • Height & Clearance: Please observe all height and clearance restrictions and use extra caution at gas stations, drive-thrus, bridges, trees, and other overhead structures. • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Any resulting cleaning, deodorizing, or damage charges will be handled in accordance with Outdoorsy’s applicable policies. • No Pets: Pets are not permitted inside the RV. • Gasoline: Please return the RV with the gasoline at the same level as provided at pickup. • Propane: Please return the propane at the same level as provided at pickup. Guests who purchase the Propane Pre-Pay add-on are not required to refill the propane tank. • Holding Tanks: Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before return unless the Holding Tank Service add-on has been purchased. Otherwise, the applicable dump fee will be charged. • No Roof Access: Please stay off the RV roof at all times. • Before Driving: Make sure all windows, vents, doors, awnings, slide-outs, and exterior compartments are fully closed and secured before moving the RV. • RV Toilet: Only RV-safe toilet paper and human waste may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other non-RV-safe items. • Sinks & Drains: Please do not dispose of food scraps, grease, oil, or trash in the sinks or drains. • Damage or Mechanical Issues: Please report any accident, damage, warning light, or mechanical issue immediately and do not continue operating the RV if doing so could cause additional damage.
