3.5The RV was great. Did the job. No problems and plenty of space for 6 people. However, the pick up was awful, we were waiting 30-40 minutes, and other groups around us were waiting for hours on the day of pick up. Other than that, Henry (part of the pick up crew) was super nice and accommodating during the situation. He took care of any things we were missing in the RV and also gave us a good rundown of how to use the RV.
