Résumé de l'évaluation

Highly responsive, very helpful

Marenz is praised for quick responses, helpfulness, and flexibility with pickup/dropoff. He provides thorough walkthroughs and essential items, though one reservation was cancelled without explanation.

Maneuverable, struggles on grades

Praised for being easy to drive, maneuverable, and well-stocked. It's clean, comfortable, and suitable for families. However, it struggles on steep grades (45 mph at 5,000 rpm) and one renter experienced tire pressure issues.
