Renter needs to refill fuel and propane tank upon return. If desired, Owner will fill tanks for a $25 surcharge for each fuel type plus cost of fuel.
Please note the following restrictions:
1) Off-road: Travel on non-public, unpaved and / or ‘logging’ roads is not permitted at any time.
2) Death Valley: Due to extreme temperatures, traveling in or traversing Death Valley is not permitted June-August.
3)Travel to Mexico, New York City, Alaska, Canada is not permitted.
4) Winter: Travel during winter months is permitted. However, clients are responsible for any damage due to systems freezing due to cold weather. As a precautionary measure, water may be replaced by anti-freeze to prevent water systems from freezing. Customers must plan on using bottled water and may be charged a ‘de-winterization’ fee if water systems are used.
5) Summer: Travel in summer months and /or in extreme temperatures can strain motor home systems such as roof and dash air conditioners, generator and refrigerator. We maintain our motor homes to accommodate all weather conditions; however, clients should be made aware that performance of motor home systems under extreme conditions cannot be guaranteed.
6) Owner strongly recommends reserving camp spots with at least electric available. If renter decides not to comply then they are responsible for any damages to the battery system.

5One of the most memorable RV trip my family and I went on. Clint and Lisa were very kind and helpful whenever we had questions with the RV. They also recommend some stop area to visit. Would definitely rent from Clint and Lisa for our next RV trip.

5Clint and Lisa were great. The RV was well stocked with provisions, linens, towels, everything you would need to live comfortably in the RV for a month. Clint spent alot of time going over the camper and its various functions as we are relatively new campers. @ of the best features that I loved about this RV was the slideout and the oven. The slideout made it much more comfortable to live in. We saw most rental RVs this size there was no slideout which made for pretty tight living conditions. Other RV campers were very unhappy with this situation especially if you are planning a long trip. (We did almost a month). The oven was a big plus because I don't know how to cook with a convection microwave and wasn't really interested in learning. Clint was also very quick to return our calls when we had a question or problem. We had a mechanical problem with the RV. Clint walked us thru all the possible problems with it and when that didn't work he called a mobile RV repair person. The mechanic arrived promptly and corrected the problem immediately. We were back on the road within an hour. Can't say enough good thins about this rental. Clint was awesome. We recommended Clint and Lisa's RV rentals to several people we met on our trip. Would definitely recommend people to check them out. Thanks Clint and Lisa for a great vacation
