Evidence of pet without approval is a fee of $500
If your pet is approved, your pet is to remain off of the furniture at all times
Customer is responsible for any cold damage RVs (burst pipes, etc.)
Expect black and gray tanks to be dumped, unless arranged before hand MAXIMUM ALLOWED SPEED IS 75 mph. Rental will be cancelled without a security deposit refund and RV will be due back immediately if the RV is driven at speeds exceeding 75mpg
* No refunds for early returns
* No smoking in our around the RV. You will forfeit your entire deposit if evidence of smoking is found
* Late return fee $50 per hour if returned after the agreed upon time
* Driving is only allowed on paved roads. Driving on gravel, sand, dirt, etc is not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if excessive dust/sand is found indicative of off-road driving
* Please pay all tolls and driving/parking tickets and violations. We will charge $70 administrative fee to take care of the for you + the cost of the ticket
* You are responsible to taking care of the tires. Replacement cost per tire is $200
* Please do not climb on the RV roof for any reason
* If you bring your dogs, please know if any damages occur, including evidence of pet urine or feces, your security deposit will be forfeited
* Propane tanks must be refilled before returning the RV. If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you at a rate of $65
* Waste tanks are to be fully emptied before returning the RV. If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you at a rate of $65
* Gas tank is to be returned full. If you are unable to do so, we will fill up for you at a rate of $99 plus the cost of fuel
* Please return the RV with a clean interior in the same manner as you received.
If deep cleaning is needed, a fee of $700 will be charged against your deposit
* No drugs of any kind are allowed in the RV- Evidence of drugs will mean forfeiture of your deposit
* Please refrain cooking foods with strong smells inside the RV to avoid a deep cleaning fee of $300
* Please report damages immediately. We will file the claim if needed
* Any damages are your responsibility as the renter and the cost will be deducted from your deposit. This includes damage to any of the included bedding, counters, walls, addons, chairs, pots/pans, air vents in bathroom and skylight near main cab.
* Abandonment of the RV will result in a $3000 charge to your original form of payment plus the cost of any damages found
* If keys are lost, a cost of $25 per key will be charged to your deposit
* This unit is fitted with a GPS unit for safety and recovery purposes. Disabling the unit will forfeit your deposit. Providing an arbitrary destination in order to attend an event without prior notification will result in deposit forfeiture and you will be asked to return the RV right away
* Safe driving and usage of the RV is the renter's responsibility. Please do not drive the RV at speeds over 75 miles per hour. You agree to release the RV owners from any injury or liability resulting from the operation of the RV

5.0We rented the Kick Back Kruiser for a week in September for a Bryce Canyon and Zion trip with our teenage son, and it made the whole thing easy. We had never driven an RV before and we were a little nervous going in. We shouldn't have been. Stan and Julieta walked us through every system at pickup, and the quick guide they send ahead covers everything with photos — we referenced it all week. At 26 feet it drives more like a big van than a truck, and it fit every campsite we booked with room to spare. Plenty of space for three of us for a week. The camper was comfortable, spotless and well stocked. Cookware, bedding, towels, all of it. We brought groceries and clothes and needed nothing else. The add-on chairs, rug and picnic table were worth it at the campsites. Communication was excellent from booking through drop-off. The one hiccup we had was the parking brake sticking while at Bryce — we called early in the morning, they picked up right away, and talked us through getting it loose in a few minutes. Two tips for anyone taking this to Zion. First, it's diesel only, which surprises some people expecting a gas Class C. Second, and more important: it will not fit through the Zion–Mt. Carmel tunnel. Coming from Bryce we had to detour south through Colorado City and around through Arizona, which added about two hours. Completely manageable if you plan for it — just don't count on the direct route east of the park, and build the extra time into that day. We'd rent from Stan and Julieta again without hesitation.

The RV was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable trip.
