5The hosts were superb. Excellent communication, well kept trailer. We had an issue one evening with the toilet fill valve getting stuck & overflowing clean water into the trailer (that's why 3 stars for mechanical). However, the hosts were great when handling this issue. They made every effort to make it right. It didn't inconvenience us much. In the end they made sure we had a good experience with the trailer. I highly recommend these hosts.
