Larry is a great host and the time and care that he and his wife put into making our stay comfortable and inviting is above and beyond! This is my 3rd time renting from them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Larry and Liz are AMAZING hosts. The trailer is exceptionally appointed, clean, and comfortable. They communicated with us all along the way and made our rental a smooth and enjoyable experience. They are our new go to for this area.

This is our second time renting from Larry and Liz and they still go overboard getting things ready, just like they did a few years back. I have towed trailers before, but it is so much more relaxing to show up on your campsite and have everything ready for you. Larry and Liz setup the trailer for us at Fort DeSoto park. When we arrived they have tablecloths on the picnic bench, lights strung around the campsite, chairs setup, a large carpet to cut down on dirt, and the whole area decorated, hooked up to power and water, and climate adjusted. When we were ready to leave Larry met us in the morning and packed-up everything to do with the camper, we only needed to get ourselves packed and in the car. They have really gotten the camp setup down to an art.

We had a few firsts take place when renting the RV from Larry. This was our first trip with our 3 and 7 year old's camping. First time using Outdoorsy. First time at Fort Desoto. We tried messaging a few people on here and received some very delayed responses from other hosts. Larry was very quick to respond and maintained that responsiveness throughout the process. After seeing his past reviews and seeing his responsiveness up front, we took a chance and booked a week at Fort Desoto. We arrived around 2 PM and the RV was already setup. Fire pit was set out, all chairs were outside, outdoor rug was in place, string lights were hung, hammocks were hung, and the RV was all setup and ready to go. Larry gave us a walkthrough of the RV and how to use everything. We had an amazing week at Fort Desoto with perfect weather. The RV was in great shape and the AC was nice and cold. Had a couple minor issues but Larry was only a text away for any questions to help us and was very responsive during our stay. We may do this again next year and if we do we'll probably go with Larry again as this was a great experience. He definitely lived up to the high percentage of 5 star reviews.

Larry and Liz were communicative, friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and comfortable. Would absolutely rent from them again!
