Our spacious 35' Class A motorhome with 50 amp service has been professionally modified to include the use of 30 amp service, which you will find in many RV Parks, especially federal and state parks. This great feature will not only have you camping in more geographic areas, but will cost you less per night, in most cases.Since this is our "home away from home" and we travel quite a bit, we have added a full compliment of kitchen appliances, kitchen gadgets and extensive amounts of silverware, cooking utensils and plate ware. The bedroom has a king-size bed w/ full linens and lots of storage space..The living room boasts a flat-screen TV and sub woofer. There is a DVD player and CD player, as well. A comfortable couch, which doubles as a sleeper completes this entertainment area.Our home has all of the essentials, gadgets and personalization that you could ask for. Some of the above are a tow dolly, portable Coleman gas grill and really cool indoor/outdoor cooking utensils, folding tables, 2 rocker chairs and a host of other necessary items to make your outdoor living an experience to remember.We are geographically, in an ideal location, on the West Coast of Florida. Short drives (from 10 minutes to 60 minutes) take you to many of our sandy beaches. Day trips to Orlando or Bush Gardens are right around the corner., Longer trips to the Florida Keys are just a day's drive.Our home is primarily available during the months (November through April), which are the ideal times to escape the Northern winters. Most of the rest of the year, we are enjoying our home-away-from home. But hey, just ask us and we might give up some of our valuable excursion time.If you are new to RVing, we will gladly train you in all aspects of RVing. If you are renting our home for an extended period of time, the first full tank of gas is on us. Delivery can be provided for, as long as you are willing to pay for this option.
