When you go outside, it's like being in your own planetarium here! One of the most distinctive star patterns, part of the Great Bear/Ursa Major is "The Big Dipper." Our newest camper embraces this distinctive quality by offering the following:-Night sky theme, complete with custom constellation lights on the ceilings and blue led accent lights on the interior and exterior
-Huge kitchen and living room featuring a large fridge and pantry, farmhouse sink, microwave, stove, oven, and an entertainment center with fireplace and 43" inch TV
-Plenty of seating with a U-shaped dinette and sofa, both of which can be made in to beds
-Rear bathroom with sink and shower that has it's own separate entrance to reduce the amount of traffic in the camper
-Lots of sleeping space including a private queen bedroom up front, a set of double bunks, U-shaped dinette that folds into a king bed, and a jackknife sofa. There is also plenty of room to set up a pack and play if needed.
-Outdoor entertainment area including an outdoor fridge, hookups for Blackstone or ice maker (available as add ons if needed). There is also an outdoors shower and tons of storage. The rear has a back up camera and storage rack for extra coolers, bikes, etc. There is a 200 W solar panel that helps keep the fridge cold.All of this comes in at less than 6000 lbs dry weight, which can be towed by many 1/2 ton trucks. We also offer delivery.Please note- due to a high volume of requests from local cabin/lake homeowners needing extra space for guests, we are happy to help, but based on past experiences, now have to require the following:
-This camper is 31 feet, please make sure you have room for it, including room to back up and maneuver. We have smaller units if needed.
-All of our campers require 30-amp power. Plugging in to your cabin/home will not provide ample or safe power. If you do not have 30 amp, a generator is required. We have generators for rent. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in loss of deposit and potential damage to electrical systems which will be the responsibility of the renter.
-Any and all guests in the camper must be properly trained on how to use them. If the person sleeping in the camper is not present, it is the homeowner's responsibility to pass on training information to their guests.

Pets are permitted upon request and payment of the pet fee. No smoking. Stay off the roofs please. If you do not have 30 amp hookups, a generator rental is required. Trailers and van are not to be used as restroom facilities for your entire party. Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit. Check in time/pick up time is 4 pm. Return time is 11 am. If you would like to request a different time, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate. Just like a hotel, we need time to clean and sanitize your rental before you depart.
