Exceptional support and communication
Shawn is highly responsive, provides thorough walkthroughs, and demonstrates extreme flexibility with pick-up/drop-off. He also assists with unexpected issues and loans equipment.
Easy to tow and well-equipped
Guests praised its easy towing with various vehicles. The trailer is well-kept, clean, and fully loaded with indoor/outdoor kitchens, comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom.

5.0Shawn was top notch - he was very responsive prior to our arrival, answering a variety of questions and providing helpful info. He was very thorough going through the RV during our pick up, showing how everything works and answering even more questions… you can tell he takes great care of his trailer, Smokey and is very knowledgeable camper. And the, the first night, we experienced vehicle problems that cut our trip short and Shawn went above and beyond to help us - even helping us research the issue… ultimately we weren’t able to continue with the trip and he was so understanding and helpful in helping us to safely end the trip early and get his trailer back, even with out vehicle issue. And the trailer, Smokey - so well taken care of and had everything you could think of - it was our first time renting and Shawn made the experience positive. Would 100% recommend renting with him and his beautiful well kept and fully loaded travel trailer.
