Make great memories in this fully equipped pod.The Queen Murphy, bunk beds and pull out couch sleep 5 adults comfortably or even 6 if you are 4 adults with 2 small kids.The solar panel, generator (available to rent) along with two propane tanks make boon-docking a breeze.Well behaved/trained Dogs OK for an extra charge.Yes to festivals and tailgating for a surcharge that will be applied to the account. Inform us about your trip and we will work with you. Just be respectful and bring it back in one piece!A wedding ceremony? Honeymoon?Anniversary? Birthday? Farewell? Any other special occasion? 5The r-pod was super easy to set up. Very clean with plenty of room for the 2 of us. We were so happy with the rental we are thinking of renting it again! Great hosts...easy communication.

4Your "Support" Did not respond to this email that I sent: Rental #378962 What is a "prep fee" for $50? Are you telling me that they are intending to rent an RV to me that has not been cleaned? If so, that is pretty silly, don't you think? Secondly...I paid $150 for delivery. I never had a vehicle hooked up to the RV...because I paid for someone else to do it with their vehicle. Sooo...why did you charge me %32.85 for "Vehicle Protection Package"? Seems pretty sketchy , don't you think? I would like an explanation for those two charges, please. The RV was great. The person renting it was wonderful. Everything was great except for the burdensome and questionable fees that Outdoorsy charges. It leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth, and I am sure that you are aware that this is a very common complaint among your clientele. Sincerely, Brian Cornell
