This 25’ Toyhauler Trailer by Forest River features a set of queen bunk beds, these beds can be elevated to the celing with the turn of a key. Also features a sofa bed and a dinette that turns into a bed. The kitchen area also contains a double kitchen sink, three burner range with oven, pantry, microwave, and a refrigerator. Has 14’ of cargo space up to the first cabinet.Smoking: There is absolutely *NO Smoking* allowed in the RV. If it is found that there has been smoking inside the RV a $300-$500 fee could be held from your security deposit.Pick Up/Drop off: Pick up is at 3pm and Drop off is 11am. These times CAN be flexible, depending on the bookings before and after your rental.Prep\Clean Fee: There is mandatory Prep\Clean fee of $75 for preparation, orientation and sanitation. The RV needs to be retuned empty of all belongings and trash and the interior should be swept out and wiped down. The Gray and Black water must also be dumped. If the RV is returned dirty a cleaning fee may be assessed.Delivery\Setup and Pick up is available in the San Diego Area Campgrounds(See addons for cost).No one allowed on the roof *Please Note:
