This unit is 22 feet and has a Gawr of 3500 pounds (dry weight around 2900 pounds). LED lighting on the awning and indoor/outdoor audio system create a lively camping atmosphere rain or shine! Plenty of room for the whole family!

The owner was very accommodating and told us to reach out with any questions. However, when things happen after 10:30pm or early in the morning, we simply are not going to bother anyone. What would have been helpful is a binder of information we could have referenced. This was our first time camping in a RV and there were things we just didn't know. (ie: heat not going on despite propane tank being full, thus waking up to 50 degrees inside. We could see our own breath!). Some things we eventually figured out ourselves, after the fact. It was a learning experience. But notes to reference would have helped us newbies out a lot.
Only other item was we think the RV had not been rented out in a while, so it could have used a little extra cleaning/vacuuming. I did bring disinfecting wipes so I wiped everything down myself and we made sure to vacuum and wipe everything down before returning it.
The return was easy, the owner told us where to park it and leave the keys. We have not heard back from the owner, so hopefully we did everything correctly and to his liking.

Awesome across the board... very helpful and engaging.. we had truck issues while returning and he actually drove to us to pick it up.. way above and beyond.. highly recommend

We had a nice trip, the RV was comfortable and clean.

We had a great time and the RV had everything we needed. We had four adults and a small child and everyone slept comfortably. The AC was super cold and doubled as a white noise machine, drowning out exterior noise. Dan was an excellent host - he dropped off the RV, set everything up, explained everything and was super responsive. We would totally rent from Dan again.

Dan was the super hero of our trip for sure! Last minute a day before our trip that was planned months in advance our rental cancelled on us and I was freaking out! Outdoorsy reached out to dan directly and he stepped up to the plate! We were able to meet him late he showed us everything explained so well and even helped us fix the 7 point plug on our truck! Ended up taking a few hours for take off but his patience went above and beyond seemed the the universe was against our trip but Dan was able to get it back on track and help us have an amazing weekend! Definitely scored a home run in our books!
