It is in great working condition, has a modern look, a back room for the kids to sleep and play in, that keeps all of there stuff contained. There are 3 tv's with dvd players and can sleep up to 7 people comfortably and a full size shower. There is also an outdoor kitchen to help keep the heat out and get everybody outside together. There is a huge storage area in the bottom as well.
