Highly responsive, helpful, hands-on
Austin consistently receives praise for quick, clear communication, accommodating requests, and personally setting up the trailer while explaining its functions.
Generally equipped, condition varies
Most guests found it clean, spacious, with working AC and stocked essentials including cookware. However, one recent guest reported significant wear, broken blinds, and non-functional furnace, awning, and grill, advising to bring own supplies.

3.0Austin was easy to work with and very responsive although the experience with the trailer was less then ideal and maybe my expectations were high based on the photos of the listing, but the listing photos of the trailer seem to be when it was brand new as it's current condition is pretty worn from alot of use and not alot of up-keep. (i.e., almost all window blinds were either broken or inoperable, trailer was not clean, (windows, sills, shower, etc). Biggest issue was that the gas furnace did not work & it got down to 44 degs/freezing at night. Austin did bring an extra electric heater but that was not helpful as I was camping on BLM LTVA Land where generators are not allowed to be run from 10pm-7am. Amenities are humble to say the least so bring your own cookware & dinnerware. Awning & outdoor grill were non-op.

5.0I would definitely rent from Austin again! He was very responsive and accommodating. His trailer was perfect for our trip. It was spacious, clean, had all the essentials, and to my surprise it had 2 AC units which was what we needed at the river during the high heat season.
