Weight distribution hitch is included with rental to help level the nose.Cabinets are fully stocked with all cookware,utensils, paper plates, cutlery and also loaded with cleaning supplies and paper products. Still plenty of room to store your personal stuff to be comfortable on your vacation.The linens/pillows are also available for rent. This covers our cost of laundering and eventual replacement.It has a queen size bed up front with walk-around 2 sides. In the rear the top electric bunk is a full size(54"w) and the bottom bunk and sofa are both oversized twins. Includes AC and an onboard generator to power it. This unit Requires a 30AMP connection when plugged in to service in order to power the AC unit.A fuel station helps keep the toys moving(fee for fuel usage). Main cargo space is 11½ft long by 72in wide along with extended cargo space into the kitchen area.I do prefer to keep the cleaning fee optional to save you money. However it should be as clean when you leave as when you arrive. If you choose at the end not to thoroughly clean then we will charge appropriately against the deposit. Most have found this to be a simple money saving task.
