We want you to have an incredible trip while helping us keep the van in top shape for the next travelers. Please take a moment to read these important guidelines: DO: • Treat the camper van with care and respect — drive safely and keep it clean. •Use only RV-safe toilet paper in the cassette toilet (we provide it). • Empty and rinse the cassette toilet before returning the van (unless you’ve selected the septic tank pre-payment add-on). • Use the garbage bags provided and dispose of waste properly during your trip. • Wipe down surfaces regularly with the cleaning supplies provided. • Cook only with the included cookware and clean everything after use. • Keep food sealed and stored to avoid pests. • Use shore power or solar to maintain battery levels, and conserve power when off-grid. • Use provided surge protector when plugging in to shore power. • Contact us immediately if anything breaks or stops working. • Secure all items and close cabinets before driving. • Return the van on time and in the condition you received it. 🚫 DON’T: • Don’t smoke or vape inside the van as this will result in a cleaning fee or deposit loss. • Don’t use regular toilet paper or flush anything other than human waste. • Don’t let the battery run too low; it powers essential systems like lights, fridge, and water pump. • Don’t leave the sliding door open unattended in windy areas. • Don’t allow pets on the seats or beds. • Don’t return the van dirty, with trash or dishes left — basic cleaning is expected to avoid extra charges. • Don’t ignore strange noises or issues — report anything unusual right away.
