Sweep floor and wipe down counter tops.
Close and lock all windows and doors when towing.
Turn off Air condition/Heat.
Roll bed sheets and place on top of bed.
Empty and clean refrigerator/freezer.
Wipe down all bathroom surfaces including TOILET SEAT.
Before delivery of unit renter is responsible for dumping black/gray tanks. If tanks are not empty upon delivery of unit a dumping fee of $100 will be charged to security deposit.

5.0From start to finish this was a 5 star rental. The RV trailer was very clean and accommodated my family of 4 perfectly. Moses was very professional and treated us like family. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to spend some time in nature, it’s a must and I will be a returning customer for sure.
