The camper is in great condition with a queen sized bed, pull out couch, fold down table that becomes a bed, and we provide a cot as well. The camper also comes with two reclining chairs and a slide out to offer plenty of room.The camper comes with a full sized shower, large fridge, A/C and Heat, inside and outside speakers and a blue light that runs under the camper for a cool look. If we are unable to park the trailer in the lot due to the incorrect site size being booked, there will be no refunds. The trailer is well-stocked. The coffee supplies were much appreciated. It has an upgraded mattress which is very comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with and answered questions promptly. The refrigerator is huge and very cold. Hot water comes out of the taps. We believe we were the last renters of the season.
