For rent is a 2017 Heartland Mallard M28 (6125lbs dry, 6900lbs Gvwr with a tongue weight of 574lbs).This 28ft (31.5’ tip to tail) trailer comfortably sleeps six, AC, furnace, hot water heater, full bath, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with grill/mini fridge, oven, and two opposing slide outs which really opens the space up around the center island.Standard deep cycle RV battery and two 20lb propane tanks, 52gal fresh water tank, 86gal grey water tank, and 42gal black water tank.Bluetooth speakers inside and out, individual control, power awning and LED inside/outside lights.Fully loaded with plates, bedding, pots, pans etc. Just hook and go, everything you will need for the perfect vacation.We will ensure the trailer has been completely cleaned and disinfected before rental dates with new sheets, clean dishes and more.Clean as you go, any damages will impact the refund of your security deposits.Please bring a note pad, I will go over all interior/exterior workings, how to hitch up, deploy stabilization legs, level the rig, go through the slides and more.Pick-UP AND Drop-OFF Times:
Weekdays: Pick-up time is 4 pm or later. Weekends: FlexibleDrop-off time is noon or earlier unless coordinated with prior to renting.Ask if you need a different time, as we can be flexible depending on availability.Delivery:
Delivery and pick-up is available for $100 within 50 miles of Lacey ($3 for every mile over 50 miles up to 100 miles). Total cost calculated by distance traveled to deliver/pick-up trailer. If campsite is 20mi away x 2 round trips = 80mi traveled; 80mi - 50mi (first $100) = 30mi x $3.00 = $90 + $100 min fee = $190). Set up/tear down service $50.Our goal is to provide you with the most comfortable and amazing camping experience. We will spend the time needed walking you through the features of the trailer and answer any questions you may have.Thank you so much in advance for your consideration.
