Best floor plan for a family! We love it and you will too! 28' trailer, but full length including hitch is 31.6'. It’s so spacious. Comes with all the creature comforts and plenty of extras. The trailer is immaculate and looks brand new. I’m flexible on pick up and drop off time. You will love this trailer. So much room it feels like home.Sleeps 10! Private king master bedroom in the front and a separate bunk room with 2 Full beds in the rear. Two additional hideaway beds in the couch and huge U-shape dinette offer even more sleeping room.Power slide, large power awning with LED lights, Bike Rack and dual entrances are perfect for glamping. Want to watch a movie outside? We can also provide a 50” Smart TV which is all set for mounting to the side of the trailer.Tons of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear!The stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and lots of counter space.The large bathroom has plenty of room. It features a toilet, sink, and tub/shower.Freshwater 60 gallons, 76 gray and 38 blackwater holding tanks. 2 giant propane tanks with 60 lbs total tank capacity.Many 1/2 tons will be able to tow this, but not all! This is not a small trailer. The dry weight is almost 6,500 lbs (gross weight is 8000 lbs). All renters must have experience towing a large trailer. All renter's tow vehicles must have adequate towing capacity and trailer brake controller. If these requirements are not met, the reservation may be canceled.Additional Pick up and drop off information:We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental.All linens are removed and washed every rental.Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disposable gloves, disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap. Special toilet paper is required for RV’s and will be provided. Only designated RV toilet paper is allowed to be used.Please respect us and our camper and treat it as if it were your own. Prior to booking you need to confirm your tow vehicle is appropriately equipped to handle trailer weight, including contents.
All water tanks must be dumped prior to return. If trailer is returned without tanks being dumped there will be a $100 charge taken from the deposit. You are responsible to return the trailer in the same condition you received it in. If the trailer is returned in a condition other than that there will be a $75 cleaning fee taken from the deposit. Trailer must be returned with full propane tanks. There will be a $25 fee taken from deposit if tanks are not full upon return.
No smoking of any kind permitted inside the trailer.
No climbing on roof.

Very flexible. If pick up time doesn't work for both of us you can pick it up the night before for no increased nightly charge.
