Résumé de l'évaluation
Responsive, helpful, great communication
Guests consistently praise their great, excellent, and quick communication. They are described as kind, helpful, and super easy to work with, often providing an 'above and beyond' setup experience through a responsive team.
Comfortable, protected, well-prepared
The vehicle is consistently praised for its 'above and beyond' setup. It provides comfort, protecting guests from outside noise and rain. Although suitable for family trips, one guest reported a non-functional oven, and a booking was canceled due to damage.

4.0I wish 4.5 was an option. The set up was easy. Person was kind. It was so nice for our first glamping experience. Only issue we ran into was oven not working and flies (but we easily got them out) the hosts were responsive and so helpful! Highly recommend.
