Camp in the beautiful San Luis Valley with lots of options around us. It has trailer brakes so a brake controller is Required to pull this. A 7 pin connector and 2 5/16" ball are required also (hitch can be included if you do not have one).Stove and oven inside with outdoor grill included for all your cooking needs. Kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, utensils, coffee maker, etc. Few basic spices also included.Bathroom with toilet and shower. RV toilet paper included and required for use.Awning for shade (powered, less fuss!). Please retract awning when not using camper or when windy.If you are hooked up at a campground, microwave and air conditioner are available as well.Battery will power lights, inverter, refrigerator and heater for off grid adventures.Two propane tanks will run heater, stove/oven, and hot water heater.
