The RV was nice however it was def not clean. The toilets had feces in them and the sinks were dirty. They did find someone to come and clean however the only thing that appeared to be cleaned was the toilets were flushed and clean linen was provided. The exception was that the loft did not have clean linens. There was a bag of chips on the bed. The folks I talked with at the office were very pleasant. The person who addressed himself as the supervisor (Gavin? I think) was not pleasant, when we complained about the uncleanliness, he did give us a discount of late checkout however, he was very curt and loud on the phone. He cut me off when I was explaining what my issues were and stated he had already given us a free late checkout. If this supervisor really cared about his customers, he should have also waived the cleaning fee.

From start to finish, nothing went smooth, we messaged the owner to get a confirmation on drop off multiple times with no response until the day before. The awning was broken, storage doors on the outside were taped shut, the back deck couldn't be used,the fridge was broken and they replaced it with a junky little one. The couch was torn up, it was dirty, there wasnt dinnerware or cooking supplies!

Greg was a great host and our trip was awesome. He came out and setup and removed the RV on time and was very helpful.
